Deepak Chetty

Deepak Chetty is a Director, Visual Effects artist and Cinematographer based in Austin, Texas. After graduating with honors from the Pratt Institute and UT’s MFA program in Film Production, his work as a director has been featured in AFS’ 10 Under 10 series, The Longhorn Network and through viral media propagation (Looper 8-Bit). Deepak is serving as a consultant and researcher in regards to R&D of post-production tools and workflow standards with The Washington Post and the UT School of Journalism, as well as lecturing at UT Austin in the field of Immersive Media (Virtual Reality and Stereoscopic Imaging).
